Assessment Service

JCM offer a free, no obligation, assessment service undertaken by experienced Product Specialists. Our national team can work alongside you to help find the best solution, as well as offering degrees of product customisation. Responsive Aftercare

Should you require support with your new product, our Product Specialists can assist you with your product set up and training needs. We also offer scheduled reviews to ensure the product is correctly maintained and still meets the needs of the user.

Warranty and Service

We pride ourselves in being able to offer a fantastic 3 year manufacturer’s warranty on all products manufactured by JCM. We have field based service engineers who can offer on-site product service and repairs to ensure products are maintained within statutory guidelines. Training & Workshops

JCM’s popular training workshops are held regularly and nationally. You are also invited to join our sessions at the JCM Academy in the West Midlands, where you can meet the whole team and experience the full working environment of JCM from ordering, to manufacturing, upholstery to marketing. We’ll give you a tour of the factory, a fully interactive and rewarding training session, with catering and refreshments provided.

An extension to our training and workshop calendar, JCM have launched a series of roadshows. Each day will include;

• New product launches and innovation clinics
• CPD accreditation

Our Clinics

Clinics are an efficient use of resources for multiple assessments, reviews and set-ups. We are happy to discuss your requirements and to help set up a clinic in your area.

Demo Days

Another useful resource available from JCM. We are happy to host demonstration days to allow you and your colleagues to come together as a team and view, review, and get hands on advice on the functionality and flexibility of our full seating range and therapy products.

Direct Supply Scheme Choices offers a unique way to purchase a new product. The scheme has been designed specifically for local authority and NHS customers who want to fast track equipment provision. The scheme works by agreeing a pricing matrix with a customer so that funding can be approved prior to the assessment. JCM will then work with the provider to obtain a list of key requirements for the end user in order to carry out the assessment and provision of the equipment in one visit. Green Policy

The modular design of our products offers easy disassembly for recycling. If you would like assistance with recycling old JCM products please contact us. We promote lean manufacturing and have a strict in-house recycling policy for all of our waste materials.
